El tema fue creado en el estudio. Freddie lo escribió y tocó el piano mientras Robin Cable lo producía. Fue realizado con la técnica del «muro del sonido». La canción está escrita en la tonalidad de Do, en la que sube de un acorde de Mi menor (en The March Of The Black Queen) a un acorde de Do en esta canción. La canción nunca fue interpretada en vivo, en gran parte debido a las exigentes voces de Freddie a lo largo de la canción.
