Say It's Not True ("Di Que No Es Verdad", en español) es una canción compuesta por Roger Taylor para la campaña de Nelson Mandela «46664», en el año 2003[1], que también formaría parte del disco The Cosmos Rocks junto a Queen + Paul Rodgers. Se pudo descargar desde el 1 de diciembre de 2007, y el 31 del mismo mes se lanzó como sencillo en formato de CD, cuyos beneficios se donaron de forma íntegra a «46664».
Posteriormente fue incluida en Fun On Earth, álbum de Roger como solista, en colaboración con Jeff Beck.
