Commander Khashoggi is a character in the We Will Rock You musical. As Killer Queen's second-in-command and head of Globalsoft's police, he was tasked with hunting down all remaining bohemians on Planet Mall.
Although Khashoggi and his men found Heartbreak Hotel and captured the remaining Bohemians, Galileo and Scaramouche were able to escape. Fed up with Khashoggi's failures, Killer Queen brainwashes Khashoggi, dooming him to the same fate as the many Bohemians that came before him.
