Let Me Entertain You is the sixth song on the album, Jazz and was written by the band's lead singer, Freddie Mercury. It is the second hard rock song on the album, with the first one being Fat Bottomed Girls.

The song was regularly played live from 1979-1982 in which became a live favorite of many Queen fans. A version was recorded for their first live album, Live Killers. That version was so popular, that the band released it as a single with Save Me on the A-side in 1980.
