Liar is a song by Queen. It was written by Freddie Mercury for the band's 1973 album Queen. It was also released as a single in the US with Doing All Right on the B-side.
As confirmed by the transcription on EMI Music Publishing's Off The Record sheet music for the song, this is one of three Queen tracks, the others being "Now I'm Here" and "Under Pressure" (their collaboration with David Bowie), to feature a Hammond organ.
Although Liar was not a commercial success during its initial release, it alongside Keep Yourself Alive would become some of Queen's most popular early work.
